This is a Notice of Intent to award a sole-source contract to CQ-Roll Call, Inc. for commercial subscriptions providing detailed, non-partisan Congressional legislative tracking and analysis services. The proposed action is a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order for an anticipated period of one base year, four option years, and a potential six-month extension. The government will consider capability statements from other firms that believe they can meet the unique requirements, but a determination to compete the acquisition is solely at the government's discretion. Any capability statement submitted must be no more than 5 pages and include specific business and capability information.
