Introduction The Headquarters Air Force Office of administration & Management is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to conduct market research. Please note that this is an RFI only and does not obligate the government to any future procurement. Additionally, the government will not reimburse any vendor for costs incurred in responding to this RFI. 2.0 Background This research aims to identify available commercial off-the-shelf software (COTS) platforms that can assist in managing a $3 billion to $5 billion IDIQ services contract with multiple source selections and contract administration requirements for approximately 200+ task orders. The platform should be able to handle more than one large scale multiple award IDIQ with several active task orders.
