This is going to be awarded under GSA MAS Schedule under NAICS 54151S. The Headquarters United States Air Force Director of Air Force Office of Manpower, Personnel and Services, AF/A1X (Directorate of Plans & Integration) is responsible for the Air Force Leadership Development Information Technology (AFLDP IT) platform. MyVector is an IT (Information Technology) solution currently providing users access to a variety of HR related applications, including: MyVector, Talent Marketplace and the Senior Leader Career Management System (SLCMS) / MAJCOM Senior Leader Management System (MSLMS). The AFLDP IT platform serves as one of four (4) current systems used to implement the Air Force A1 Human Resource Information System (HRIS) vision for Force Development (FD). The contractor shall provide support for all aspects of FD within the Department of the Air Force (DAF) and integrate with each of the other three (3) systems to provide a consolidated approach for both the integration and technical sustainment of the platform. The integration and sustainment components shall work in conjunction with the cloud hosting services provided through the Air Force’s Enterprise Cloud One Solution. The contractor shall provide a full range of IT services to support the development, sustainment, enhancement, and facilitation of the platform, and all capabilities and applications within the platform.
