A Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) selection will be conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented by the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and the Department of the Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DAFFARS). North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 485510 – Charter Bus Industry applies to this RFQ.
