REQUIREMENT: To provide a subscription to a suite of public affairs tools via one continuous online product for the Secretary of the Air Force, Office of the Legislative Liaison (SAF/LL) and Secretary of the Air Force, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Congressional Budget and Appropriations Liaison (SAF/FML). The information must be readily available and include historic data and derived analytics for trending purposes. The Government will use the information to provide senior leadership with real-time information and recommendations while conducting business with members of Congress and their staffs.
