The Contractor must support the review, maintenance, logistics, and instruction of the suite of courses to include the Introduction to PPBE Course, PPBE Executive Course, and the Program and Budget Review (PBR) Course. The Contractor must also provide a hands-on information technology (IT) training course for planners, programmers, and budgeters to use designated IT solutions required for PPBE activities. Additionally, the Contractor may also be called upon to develop new course offerings, related to the scope of the project, as training requirements evolve and as funds are available. PPBE training is both classroom and computer based and is an introductory level course covering areas such as planning the future Air Force, building the Air Force program and budget, preparing, and submitting data, program and budget review, and introduction to PPBE IT solutions.
