This is a combined synopsis/solicitation to establish a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract consisting of a Base Year (12 Months) and Four (4) 12 Month Option Years. Note - An update has been added to the solicitation. Specifically, a Combo/Synopsis was missing which was added and a question has been included to Part One (Number VIII) within Attachment 3.
