It is not to be construed as a formal solicitation or an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services. The information requested by this Sources Sought/RFI will be used within the Air Force to facilitate decision making and will not be disclosed outside the agency. Any information provided to the Government is strictly voluntary and to be provided at no cost to the Government. Description: The Air Force District of Washington (AFDW) is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providing Annual Digital subscriptions for "Foreign Affairs" to a large group in excess of 750 subscriptions. The digital format is essential, as the print edition does not meet our requirements and is deemed unsuitable for our needs. For purposes of this Sources Sought/RFI, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Codes is 513120. The small business size standard for NAICS 513120 Magazine digital subscription is 1,000 employees. Description of Services: Requirements: 1. Quantity: The requirement is for annual digital subscriptions to "Foreign Affairs" for a large group, with a minimum quantity of 750 subscriptions. Digital Format: Only digital subscriptions will be considered. Proposals offering print editions will not be considered. Requested submission: Any Contractor company who believes itself capable to provide the aforementioned service must submit a capability package in writing. Include in your capabilities package your UEI, Cage Code, and System for Award Management expiration date, Business size and any related specifications/drawings. This Market research is being conducted to determine interest, capability, and socio-economic category of potential sources for the requirement. The government requests interested parties submit a brief description of their company's business size (i.e. annual revenues and employee size), business status (i.e., 8(a), Historically Underutilized Business Zone, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, HUBZone small business, woman-owned small business, veteran-owned small business, or small business) anticipated teaming arrangements, and a description of similar services offered to the Government and to commercial customers as part of the capability statement.
