Please read the attached PWS and Agenda in order to provide a complete and itemized quote. Proposed venue must be mentioned in Quote and readily available for Conference dates (26 August 2024 - 30 August 2024). Brief Description: The Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force (CMSAF) hosts the Senior Enlisted Leader International Summit bi-annually. The purpose of this conference is to gather the international allies and partners who are CMSAF equivalents in their nation. The conference will focus on strengthening relationships with allies and partner nations and ensuring integrated deterrence. As such, the venue must have technical resources, supplies and capability in place as to allow the Government to have food and beverages, and provide AV support, and provide general office supplies such as tables and chairs, as defined within this Statement of Work. Venue must fit the capacity requirements and be able to support up to 195-seated attendees in a Conference room, as well as provide an area for a Conference Operations Center, and break out rooms that can fit the capacity requested. The facility must be within downtown Washington, DC and in walking distance to a metro station and bus stop (no more than 1/4 mile). Additionally, the venue must be in walking distance to numerous local restaurants and food options.
