This is a Fair Opportunity Proposal Request (FOPR) issued in accordance with the General Services Administration (GSA) One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) Small Business (SB) Pool 1 contract. The Government is requesting proposals for the Staffing and Technical AQ Services Support (STAQSS) II in support of the Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition. The Government contemplates the award of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) task order with the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541611, Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services resulting from this solicitation. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 16.505(b)(2)(i)(F), this task order is being set-aside for service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) concerns. The period of performance will be five (5) years, consisting of an initial transition period (30-days) and one (1) 11-month base year plus four (4) 12-month option periods. Amendment 01 updates Instructions to Offerors and Evaluation Criteria (Attachments 4 and 5) and begins the question/answer responses (Attachment 8). It does NOT extend the due date. Due to technical difficulties with PIEE, the Amendment is posting through the solicitation module today instead of Friday the 24th of Feb. Amendment 02 extends the due date to March 24th. Notifies of pending contracting officer change. Amendment 03 extends the due date to April 7th and update the contracting officer to Robert Warren. Amendment 04 answers the submitted questions and updates the impacted attachments.
