This is a Sources Sought/ Request for Information for market research purposes ONLY, and is NOT a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a Request for Proposal (RFP). A solicitation is not being issued at this time and this notice shall be not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. 2. This Request for Information is being published to identify potential sources capable of providing Crunch Base User Licenses with the following characteristics: a) Capability to search data b) Produce automated queries for complex corporate hierarchies, beneficial ownership structures (UBOs) and subsidiaries c) Functions as a tipping and queuing tool, suracing companies that fit specitic search search criteria, providing key signals like funding, and organizing information in an easy-to-use, aggregated format d) Comprehensive coverage of opaque and high risk markets such as China, Russia, Iran, Venezuela, Mexico, Turkey, and others e) Analysts can synthesize open-source info with the intelligence record on classified domains quickly and comprehensively f) Provide comprehensive training program and analytical support providing experts specializing in complex financial crime and corporate records g) Aids in the speed at which analysts can do their job and make better assessments and judgements based on all-source intelligence h) Full Evidentiary Trail & Reliability of Sourcing g) Provides official, public government data and the original source documents as evidence h) Capability to network of thousands of subject matter experts and contributors, data is available sooner than the data offered by solutions that rely only on their own data teams and published news i) Provide -cloudbased platform with user interface for querying the core Graph dataset 3. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code proposed for the requirement is 541512 - Computer Systems Design Services. The size standard for NAICS 541512 is $30M. Comments on this NAICS and suggestions for an alternative NAICS code must include supporting rationale. 4. Contractors capable of providing the CrunchBase User License should submit a Statement of Capability containing the above reference information via e-mail to Contract Specialist J. Brandon La’Pierre at jerome.lapierre.1@us.af.mil with a cc to the Government Contracting Officer, Ms. Stephanie A. Hunter at stephanie.hunter.2@us.af.mil. Each submission shall be virus scanned prior to being sent. Electronic submission is required. Lastly, respondents must be capable of meeting ALL areas of Salient Characteristics. 5. Responses shall be received not later than 22 November 2022, 3:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time.
