SYNOPSIS NOTICE- NOTICE TO SOLE SOURCE This pre-solicitation notice is being issued by the AFDW, Joint Base Andrews, MD 20762 ahead of an anticipated procurement for ILSmart Subscription. This acquisition is to procure annual subscriptions to the online ILSmart database to assist in the investigations and operations to weed out counterfeit, obsolete and hard-to find parts. ILS Parts availability database is on-line research tool designed to meet the needs of the parts researcher. Period of performance is a 12/1/2022 - 11/30/2027. Point of contact: brittney.devallon@us.af.mil The government intends to negotiate solely with Inventory Locator Service, LLC, 8001 Centerview Parkway, Ste 400, Cordova, TN 38010-4228 per FAR 13.106(b)(1). This is being sole sourced because ILS is a proprietary tool that provides the Government with a cross-reference option which allows the government to quickly search for aviation parts numbers while cross-referencing the national stock numbers (NSN). ILS is a Boeing owned subsidiary. As a Boeing owned subsidiary, ILS provides Boeing industry inventory listings that cannot be found through any other subscription service. This requirement will be awarded using commercial, simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Subpart 13. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 518210- Computing Infrastructure Providers, Data Processing, Web Hosting, and Related Services for which the Small Business size standard is $35 million. The PSC code is DH10. No solicitation will be issued on SAM.gov. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. However, responses received by December 2end at 3pm Eastern Standard Time will be considered.
