The Air Force District of Washington Headquarters Space Force Division, on behalf of the United States Space Force intends to award a Sole Source contract to the Air Force Sergeants Association (AFSA) for the Enlisted Leadership Conference under statutory authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1), set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The conference will take place on 05-09 August 2023 in San Antonio, TX and consists of dedicated conference space, dedicated conference staff space, theatre/conference/classroom sets, and audio/visual services.
