This notice is being issued by the AFDW, Joint Base Andrews, MD 20762 ahead of an anticipated sole source procurement to Authentic8 Inc/Redwood City, CA 94065. This requirement is for Silo for Research/dark web/support/configuration and is to support OSI's managed attribution solution to enable secure browsing and the obfuscation of government affiliation while conducting publicly available information (PAI) research on the public-switched Internet and dark-web in furtherance of the OSI mission. This was previously procured for the government under an existing government BPA (GS00Q09BGD0011) through the Department of Cyber Crime Center (DC3) to. Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements (10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1)). Period of performance is a base year, with four (4) option periods.
