This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the acquisition of commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this announcement. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. The contractor shall provide room availability and Civilian Defender Representatives support services for a maximum of 150 participants supporting the Annual Civilian Defender Conference the fourth week of June in Little Rock, AR. Offerors shall address questions, concerns, or requests for clarification in writing (via e-mail) to the points of contact listed in the RFQ by no later than 1:00PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) 25 May 2023. Telephonic inquiries will not be accepted. The Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist assume no responsibility for non-delivery due to technical difficulties. All offers shall be submitted via email to the Contracting Officer and the Contract Specialist via electronic mail no later than 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on 26 May 2023.
