This is a Request for Information (RFI) for market research purposes only and is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). A solicitation is not being issued at this time and this notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. This RFI is being published to identify potential sources capable of providing the licensing and training to optimize A1's digital landscape and deliver the ability and knowledge to apply end-to-end test automation capability to the Salesforce CRM and ServiceNow platforms. Market research is being conducted to explore the extent to which small businesses (SB) and large businesses can supply both the licenses and training required to support this effort.
