The purpose of this combined solicitation/synopsis is to request quotes from contractors to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Protective Service Operations (PSO) Basic Training. HQ OSI provides protection to the Department of Defense (DoD) senior leaders, foreign dignitaries, and high risk personnel from physical assault, death during a specific event, as well as protect them from accidental injury or embarrassment. PSO members are required by law to take approved training outlined in DoDI- O 2000.22 and training in line with the current federal law enforcement training plan. Period ordering period will be a 5 year ordering period 1 April 2022 – 31 March 2027. All quotes shall be provided via email to Mr. J.
