SYNOPSIS- Notice of Intent to Sole source Capital IQ The purpose of this synopsis is to announce AFDW-PK, Joint Base Andrews, MD 20762, intends to award a firm fixed price sole source BPA to S&P Global Market Intelligence LL55 Water Street, New York, NY 10041 for the purpose of providing log-in access to accurate, relevant, complete and timely access to detailed business financial information. The Capital IQ platform is a proprietary commercial item owned by Standard & Poor Global Market Intelligence. No other financial platform has the intellectually property rights to access and modify the Capital IQ Platform source code, which is required in order to execute upgrades to aid in investigative and intelligence leads to fill information gaps. Period ordering period will be a 5 year ordering period 1 April 2022 – 31 March 2026. This notice of intent is not a solicitation. Information submitted in response to this notice will be used solely to determine whether competitive procedures could be used for this acquisition.
