Comptroller Services Portal (CSP) was developed and launched on SharePoint to assist Comptroller Squadrons across the Air Force (AF), US Space Force, Air National Guard and AF Reserves to manage and serve active duty members with financial issues and provide customer service. The SharePoint site is reaching capacity and the system will need to be migrated to a commercial, military, or hybrid cloud environment or authorized data center. CSP provides tier III help desk functions and maintain/sustain and enhance the system capabilities to meet mission needs. If this requirement is not met CSP will cease to function. The USAF, US Space Force, Air National Guard and AF Reserves will be unable to assist the thousands of customers especially in this pandemic environment and return to manual processes which have been inefficient at best. Currently the roll out of the CSP system to Air National Guard and AF Reserves is critical and ongoing. CSP has been widely accepted by the financial community with over 100K users currently in the system and will continue to grow. CSP has increased productivity of the customer service function by all AF comptroller squadrons AF-wide. The loss of CSP would greatly impact the ability to perform customer service for military pay, civilian pay, and travel pay issues.
