The Government is currently conducting market research. This RFI shall not be construed as a formal solicitation or an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any product or services. It does not guarantee that a subsequent solicitation will be issued. Submission of any information in response to this RFI is completely voluntary, and costs associated with any submission shall not be reimbursed by the Government. The information requested will be used by the Air Force District of Washington Contracting Directorate (AFDW PK) to facilitate decision making. This RFI is issued without restrictions and is intended only to invite participation. It is not intended as an invitation for proposals/bids. Based on the response to this Notice/Market Research, this requirement may be set-aside for small businesses, advertised on GSA, or procured through full and open competition. AFDW/PK is in the process of determining the acquisition strategy for the Air Force requirement Practitioner E-Learning Course Support. Please see the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS). Submission Instructions: Interested parties are requested to submit tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort to include supporting documentation of claims of organizational and staff capability. The capability statement shall include: 1. Company Name, mailing address, email address, Web site address (if available) 2. DUNS/Cage Code, Company Structure (Corporation, LLC, partnership, joint venture, etc.) and size. Companies must be registered in the System of Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be considered potential sources 3. Any similar services offered to the Government and/or commercial customers for the past three years 4. Point of Contact to include name, phone number and email address, of individual(s) who can verify the demonstrated capabilities identified in the responses Response should clearly present evidence that the interested party is fully capable of providing the required items, and as such may contain any other information the interested party feels is relevant. Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to perform the services stated in the attached PWS are invited to submit a response to this RFI no later than 4:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time) on Day, 30 August 2021.
