This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Proposal. Solicitation number: FA7014-20-R-A318 (iii) FAR parts are current to FAC 2020-01 and Effective 12 Nov 19 (iv) This is not a Small Business Set Aside. The associated NAICS code is 721110. (v) Reference the attached excel spreadsheet for a list of line item numbers and items, quantities, and units of measure. (vi) See PWS for a full description of line item requirements. (vii) Performance of the contract to begin on the designated date between three options listed in order of preference: 1) 24-28 February 2020, 2) 10-14 February 2020, 3) 27-31 January 2020, and 4) 4-7 February 2020 There will be no options for this requirement. The contractor will provide the place of performance. (viii) Reference and follow the instructions in FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors – Commercial Items attached in this notice with no additional attached addendum. (ix) FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items is not applicable to this requirement. Award will be made to the offeror who can successfully meet the requirement entirely within one of the four (4) given timeframes, and price is determined fair and reasonable. (x) Offerors should include a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with their offer. (xi) FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Please see clauses attached to this notice which additional FAR clauses are cited. (xiii) No additional contract requirement(s) or terms and conditions (such as contract financing arrangements or warranty requirements) determined by the contracting officer to be necessary for this acquisition and consistent with customary commercial practices. (xiv) The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating is not applicable in this acquisition. (xv) Quotes shall be submitted electronically via e-mail by the completion of the Bid Summary Sheet ONLY. Except for reproduced sections of this notice, text shall be no smaller than 12 point font. Pages shall be numbered sequentially by section. Margins on all four sides of each sheet will be at least one inch. Audio/Video or Digital recordings, or any other electronic media, to include responses to this solicitation (e.g. CD, tape, etc.) will not be accepted. Offerors shall address questions in writing (via e-mail) to the points of contact listed below by no later than 09:00 A.M. Eastern Time (EST) on 20 November 2019.
