The contractor must have a Top Secret Facility Clearance and must have the ability to hire and staff personnel that have valid Top Secret Clearances with SCI eligibility. Respondents to the sources should review the Draft PWS and respond with enough detailed information and past performance examples to substantiate if they are capable of performing this requirement as the Government is seeking sources to fulfil this requirement. Responses can be no longer than 10 pages. Do not submit generic capability statements.
