The Chief of Staff of the Air Force (CSAF) is hosting an Air Force wide Key Spouse Conference. The conference will occur simultaneously with an event such as Air Force Association (AFA) Air Warfare Symposium (AWS) or Major Command (MAJCOM) Commanders Summit. The purpose of the Key Spouse Conference is to provide a venue to discuss AF priorities, develop key spouses and allow time to network and learn from each other. This conference will complement the leadership triangle of commander, SNCO and a lead spouse that comprises the leadership team. Provide complete conference package for a participants, a minimum of 400 people. Including 3 conference rooms: 1 room for 400 people (General Session) 2 rooms for 100 people (Break Out Rooms) This initial conference will serve as proof of concept to inform future conference frequency decisions.
