AMENDMENT #1 THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO DISSOLVE THE SMALL BUSINESS SET-AISDE AND EXTEND THE DEADLINE FOR RESPONSES TO 29 SEP 2020 AT 2PM EDT. This requirement is for the purchase of an Oral, Wire, and Electronic Intercept System to support the Office of Special Investigations (OSI) in law enforcement investigations such as sexual assault, Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC), drug interdiction, and procurement fraud. This requirement is a 100% small business set aside. The basis for award will be Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The procedures for selecting a Contractor for an award under this notice is governed by FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures in conjunction with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. A contract may be awarded to the Offeror who is deemed responsible in accordance with the FAR, as supplemented, whose proposal conforms to the solicitation’s requirements (to include all stated terms, conditions, representations, certifications, and all other information required by the Request for Quote (RFQ) solicitation and is judged, based on the evaluation factors to represent the best value to the Government.
