This is a requirment for a virtual tipline. This virtual Tip Line is for the government to receive anonymous tips. The tip Line is used for government members to report incidents before or after they happen. The Tip Line will be procured as a software suite package for government members to receive licenses for use. This is a 100% small business set-aside. Salient characteristics are attached.
