The Government is not procuring an external cloud service or a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution. Please see the attached Statement of Work. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a brand name purchase of Relativity for the acquisition of commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this announcement.
