This is a bridge action requirement for Air Force Technical and Analytic Support (AFTAS) in Professional Services (PRO). This action will result in a new task order against a GSA Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA GS00F318CA) awarded to Spectrum Comm, Inc. with a period of performance of four (4) months from 13 August 2020 through 12 December 2020. This task order will consist primarily of Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) with Time and Material (T&M) CLINs that will cover Other Direct Costs (ODC) and Travel. SAF/AQ requires support services and productions to include personnel, material, and services for strategic and acquisition planning; information technology system sustainment, implementation, integration and process improvement; systems security engineering; acquisition process improvement; change management; enterprise and portfolio performance measurement and monitoring; designing, developing, and providing acquisition just in time training; program assessment and studies; event planning and meeting support; contract support; and program management. These services are performance based and will be provided over the four month period of the task order.
