On 8 April 2019, at 8:00AM EASTERN, the Air Force District of Washington, SAF Enterprise Support Division is hosting a one-day two-way discussion with industry to discuss lessons learned, trends, and gain feedback from industry in regards to proposals, requirements definition, and acquisition strategy. See attached agenda for details. This will give our industry partners the opportunity to have a tactical discussion with government requirement owners, program managers, contracting specialist, and contracting officers. We are looking to improve our requirements and RFPs as well as provide feedback to industry to increase quality of proposals and efficiency of the solicitation process. We will also be discussing some upcoming projects that may be solicited. Contractors who have proposed on previous request for proposals or quotes (successful and unsuccessful) and/or existing contractors supporting contracts posted by AFDW/PKS are invited for the feedback session. When responding to this notice, please ensure that you indicate which proposal(s) /contract(s) your company proposed for or were awarded. Please come with prepared questions. We encourage questions in advance so we can prepare and ensure as many questions are answered as possible. At this time a maximum of 3 employees are eligible to attend to represent your company. If you require base access, please complete the base access form and return by the deadline.
