The Contractor shall provide a web-based solution, complete with a vast (minimum of 35,000 video) library and technical support, within five days of contract award. Access will include link to site and initial user names and passwords to the customer in profile. Contractor will provide start-up training materials and user guide within five days of contract award via e-mail to include a combination of in-person training at client locations as well as online seminars, web-based tutorials and training guides.
