The primary purpose of this contract is to provide Software Development Services (SDS), in the form of development, modification, maintenance, and operation of specified Modeling and Simulation (M&S) tools in support of the Requiring Activity's (RA’s) mission requirements defined herein. Models under this effort shall include the Brawler Air-to-Air Combat Model (i.e., Brawler); the Combat Forces Assessment Model (CFAM); the Theater Attrition Modeling System (TAMS); the Contingency Basing Selection and Assessment (CBSA) Model, the Time-Phased Force Deployment Data – Planner (TPFDD-P), and the Airfield Damage-Assessment and Resiliency (AD-ARM); and the Advanced Framework for Simulation, Integration, and Modeling (AFSIM), mission and theater level model, as well as other models that SAF/SA may adopt or develop. This is being solicited as a Single Award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract with a 5-year Ordering period from 29 Jan 2024 to 28 Jan 2029 and a Period of Performance of 29 Jan 2024 to 28 July 2031.
