The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet qualification requirements below: This RFI is for The Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI) Cyber Investigations & Operations (XRC) Office mission is to provide focused, comprehensive counterintelligence and core mission investigative services to safeguard Air Force technologies, programs, critical program information, personnel, and facilities. To fulfill its mission requirements, AFOSI must procure a specialty hardware that is uniquely configured to support niche technical efforts and investigative tactics, techniques, and procedures. AFOSI currently has a requirement to purchase fiber network taps consisting of a small form factor to integrate seamlessly into a variety of physical locations and networks with little visible footprint which supports remote administration, in-line/out of band network traffic collection and compatible with fiber connections up to 1 gigabyte for use in criminal investigations and other missions conducted by OSI. AFOSI XRC is seeking authorized resellers for this BPA effort. The anticipated period of performance is (base plus 4 option years). Garland Fiber Taps and associated equipment for use in operational objectives to protect critical technologies and CI support to the defense industrial base. The Government may use the responses to this RFI for information and planning purposes. The anticipated period of performance is 15 April 2024 to 14 April 2029. The structure of this requirement will be a one-year base period with four one-year options. A Request for Proposals using the following NAICS is contemplated: 541519, Other Computer Related Services. This RFI is only for the purpose of identifying potential sources as part of market research. No RFQ or RFP exists. Responses to this RFI are not quotes on which the acquiring agency can issue any contracts. This RFI is issued for information and planning purposes only and does not itself constitute a Request for Quotations or Proposal. The Government does not intend to award a contract based only on responses to this RFI. All information received in response to this RFI marked "Proprietary" will be protected and handled accordingly. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response. Responses to the RFI will not be returned. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI. The acquiring agency will not pay for information received in response to this RFI. There is no commitment by the Government to issue an RFQ or RFP, make an award or awards, or to be responsible for any monies expended by industry responses to this RFI. Please provide Capability Statements no more than five (5) pages. Please include the company's applicable Small Business status, relevant company information, and a brief description of company capabilities.
