The Contractor shall provide tools, equipment, personnel, and project supervision necessary to support the SAF/SA campaign analysis effort to inform senior leaders of the Department of Air Force. The Contractor shall provide technical, analytical, and subject matter expertise in running, calibrating, modifying, updating, and integrating STORM and its data to support SAF/SA analytic studies at various classification levels. The Contractor shall provide software engineering to maintain the STORM software and its simulation capabilities to represent theater-level military operations in a joint war fighting context. The Contractor shall provide required support and training to STORM user community. This is being solicited as a Single Award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract with a 5-year Ordering Period from 29 Nov 2023 to 28 Nov 2028 and a Period of Performance of 29 Nov 2023 to 28 May 2031. This is a Full and Open effort with a requirement of 30% Small Business Participation.
