Combined Synopsis/Solicitation FA7014-23-Q-H022 » Investigative License Services « This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the purchase of Investigative License Services for the acquisition of commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this announcement. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. The Air Force District of Washington Contracting Directorate (AFDW/PK), 1500 Perimeter Rd., Suite 5750, Joint Base Andrews, MD 20762, intends to procure access to Investigative License Services. Solicitation Number: FA7014-23-Q-H022. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). As used in this clause-- Department of Defense Activity Address Code (DoDAAC) is a six position code that uniquely identifies a unit, activity, or organization. Document type means the type of payment request or receiving report available for creation in Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF). Local processing office (LPO) is the office responsible for payment certification when payment certification is done external to the entitlement system. (b) Electronic invoicing. The WAWF system is the method to electronically process vendor payment requests and receiving reports, as authorized by DFARS 252.232-7003, Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports. (c) WAWF access. When requested, the ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The existence of the ombudsman does not affect the authority of the program manager, contracting officer, or source selection official. Further, the ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals, the source selection process, or the adjudication of protests or formal contract disputes.
