The purpose of this synopsis is to announce AFDW-PK, Joint Base Andrews, MD 20762, intends to award a firm fixed price sole source purchase order to S&P Global Market Intelligence LL55 Water Street, New York, NY 10041 for the purpose of providing log-in access to accurate, relevant, complete and timely access to detailed business financial information for ten (10) users. The Capital IQ platform is a proprietary commercial item owned by Standard & Poor Global Market Intelligence. No other financial platform has the intellectually property rights to access and modify the Capital IQ Platform source code, which is required in order to execute upgrades to aid in investigative and intelligence leads to fill information gaps for AFOSI. Period of performance is a base year 30 September 2021 – 29 September 2022, with two (2) option periods: 30 September 2022 – 29 September 2023 30 September 2023 – 29 September 2024 Point of contact: Maia Warren (maia.warren@us.af.mil) The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 519130 Internet Publishing and Broadcasting and Web Search Portal for which the Small Business size standard is $22 million. This notice of intent is not a solicitation. Information submitted in response to this notice will be used solely to determine whether competitive procedures could be used for this acquisition.
