This ANNOUNCEMENT IS NOT A NOTICE OF SOLICITATION ISSUANCE, it is a Request for Information (RFI) ONLY. This RFI is ISSUED for the purpose of developing a viable solicitation that will best communicate the Government's requirements to industry. The requested information is for planning purposes only and does NOT constitute a commitment, implied or otherwise, that a procurement action will be issued. No entitlement to payment by the Government of direct or indirect cost or charges will arise as a result of the submission of information in response to this RFI. The Government shall not be liable for or suffer any consequential damages for any improperly identified proprietary information. Proprietary information will be safe guarded in accordance with the applicable Government regulations. The Government is seeking questions and feedback from industry on providing support for the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). This support is for Headquarters United States Air Force AF/A3OJN to support the requirement, Notice to Airmen System DAIP Modernization. RFI # FA7014-19-R-A028. Utilizing the attached draft PWS (Attachment 1), please provide feedback using track changes in a Microsoft Word Document. Additionally, please answer all RFI questions (Attachment 2) and SB Participation Questions (Attachment 3). The NACIS for this requirement is 541511 - Computer program or software development, custom. All attachments are drafts and not final documents.
