This requirement is to obtain Advisory and Assistance Service (A&AS) resources necessary to provide assistnace to the US Air Force Academy FOIA Office. Contractor personnel will provide all resources necessary to to assist with the processing of USAFA FOIA Request and reduce the request backlog. The Contractor shall gather and evaluate information and statistical data. Contractor shall track key metrics to include, number of requests received, total number of requests, number of “complex” request, number of “simple” requests, total closed requests, and by whom, and the status of pending Privacy Act tasks. Proposal due date is 9 August 2024 at 1400 Hours Mountain time.
