The U.S. Air Force Academy (USAFA) intends to award one firm-fixed-price contract for ambulance services under a Performance Work Statement dated Oct. 8, 2026, with performance at USAFA. The opportunity is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services under RFO Part 12, and no separate written solicitation will be issued. Quotes are requested from responsible SDVOSB concerns. The Government reserves the right to cancel the RFQ and bears no legal liability for quote preparation costs.
