USAFA Farish Recreation Area Summer Caretaker Services
This is a requirement for non-personal services to provide surveillance, security, and after-hours guest support at the Farish Recreation Area in Woodland Park, CO. The period of performance is a base year from 1 May 2026 to 18 October 2026, with the possibility of two one-year option periods. The contractor must provide their own RV or mobile home and a personal vehicle, while the government will furnish an RV site with utilities. Quotes must be submitted electronically and consist of separate technical, past performance, and price volumes. The award will be made on a best-value basis, considering technical merit, past performance, and price.
