See the attached FA700026Q0016 USAFA Chemical Compound Database Combined Synopsis and Solicitation for specific instructions. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial product prepared IAW the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
