This RFI is issued solely to determine potential sources for information and planning purposes – it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ or a promise to issue an RFQ in the future. This RFI should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose other than to gain the information requested for market research. The Government is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. It is the responsibility of potential offerors to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research, a continuous process for collecting and analyzing information about capabilities within the market to satisfy agency needs. The acquisition strategy has not yet been determined and market research results will assist the United States Air Force in determining the direction any acquisition will take. Set-Aside Status Respondents to this notice must indicate whether they qualify as small or large business under NAICS 721110 (size standard $40M). This is a non-personnel services contract to provide three groups (Group A, B and C) with a strong bonds retreat for USAFA’s permanent party (Airmen, Guardians and their family members). The Cadet Chapel needs to establish a contract for an overnight stay that can host 30 families (approximately 60 adults and 60 children), for Group A & B, on 21 February 2025, and 11 families (approximately 20 adults and 18 children), for Group C on 14 March 2025 within 8 miles of the US Academy. Period of performance for this requirement should be over one night, from Friday afternoon until Saturday afternoon on 21-22 February 25 for Group A & B. Group C’s period of performance for this requirement should be one overnight, from Friday afternoon until Saturday afternoon on 14-15 March 25. Questions: 1. Do you have experience providing for overnight conferences, retreats, seminars? 3. Will you be subcontracting? If so, is the subcontractor a small or large business? 4. Does the facility have 30 rooms on 21 February 2025 and 11 rooms on 14 March 2025? 5. Does the located have a dedicated indoor playground and kids’ area indoors? What other family activity areas does the facility offer such as indoor pool, mini golf, arcade, etc? 6. Two meals (dinner on day of arrival and breakfast day of departure) will be required to accommodate the families. Vegetarian and gluten free options are also needed to meet some families’ dietary requirements. Is the facility able to provide? 7. Two large meeting venues are needed on 21 Feb & 22 Feb to host two separate groups (15 families with 30 adults and 30 children in each group). The venues should have a projector with IT/audio support to connect laptop and large screen to project from laptop. Is the facility able to provide? 8.
