See attached FA700025Q0099 USAFA Wearable Performance Monitoring Ring Devices Combined Synopsis Solicitation for specific instructions. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial product prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement consititutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible Small Business concerns may submit a quote, which if received timely, may be considered. The 10th Contracting Squadron at the United States Air Force Academy (USAFA) intends to award one firm-fixed-price contract to a vendor capable of providing 50 smart ring devices and an enterprise software solution capable of meeting the salient characteristics and gathering the biometric data outlined in Attachment 1 - FA700025Q0099 Salient Characteristcs. Quotes submitted in response to this solicitation must be valid though 30 September 2025. ***Notice to Vendor(s): The Government reserves the right to cancel this RFQ, either before or after the closing date.
