This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This effort is being solicited as a 100% small business set-aside. DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUIREMENT The United States Air Force Academy (USAFA), Colorado, has a requirement for the development, production, printing, binding, and distribution of 2,000 hardbound cloth-covered books in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The book will celebrate the 50th anniversary of women at USAFA and their significant contributions to National Security since 1976. The vision of the book is a chronological history of major events beginning with the admission of women to USAFA in 1975, the graduation of the first class in 1980, and notable female graduates and their accomplishments towards National Security from 1980 to present day.
