See attached FA700025Q0041 USAFA Particle Imaging Velocimetry System Combined Synopsis and Solicitation for specific instructions. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial product prepared IAW the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government reserves the right to cancel this RFQ, either before or after the closing date. The Government bears no legal liability for the costs associated with preparing a quote.
