The 10th Contracting Squadron at the United States Air Force Academy (USAFA) intends to award one firm fixed price contract to a manufacturer or authorized reseller for an Electroencephalograph in accordance with (IAW) the Salient Characteristics in Attachment 2 - Salient Characteristics Electroencephalograph. See attached FA700025Q0032 Combined Synopsis Solicitation - Electroencephalograph for specific instructions. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial product prepared IAW the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. All responsible business concerns may submit a quote, which if received timely, may be considered. The Government reserves the right to cancel this RFQ, either before or after the closing date. The Government bears no legal liability for the costs associated with preparing a quote.
