The USAF Academy 10th Contracting Squadron is requesting information from potential providers of Portable Sanitation Services. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 562991, Septic Tank and Related Services, and the small business size standard is $9 million. This Sources Sought is issued for the purpose of market research in accordance with FAR Part 10. USAFA, Colorado requires Portable Toilets, Hand Washing Stations, and Greywater storage tanks in support of annual training and special events. The attached Performance Work Statement dated 10 July 2023 provides specific description of the requirement. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement; however, the acquisition is expected to result in a Blanket Purchase Agreement. This announcement is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or to award a contract. At this time, USAFA is not seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Interested and qualified sources are requested to submit the following information to this office by electronic mail by: 15 December 2023 at 03:00 PM Mountain Time. (3) Interest in attending an Industry Day (virtual or in-person) prior to release of the solicitation. (4) Examples of prior services provided of a similar nature. (5) Would interested contractors want a site visit? (6) What is your estimated pricing for this requirement? You will not be held to the price as it’s for the Government market research purposes only. (7) What are your standard commercial practices for pricing, quality control, terms and conditions relevant to this requirement? (8) What comments regarding the proposed Performance Work Statement can you provide to more align this requirement to industry standards?
