All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The United States Air Force Academy (USAFA), Colorado, anticipates a requirement that is being considered under a small business set-aside program. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code proposed is 513130. The size standard is 1,000 employees. The USAFA Department of Management has a brand-name requirement for 105 user access codes/licenses for the McGraw Hill Connect e-textbook and computer simulation course material titled: Operations Management in the Supply Chain, 8th Edition by Schroeder (eBook, Release: 2024). Interested parties are invited to submit a capabilities package clearly demonstrating their ability to meet this requirement. Include in your capabilities package your UEI number, Cage Code, System for Award Management (SAM) expiration date, and estimated price per user access code/license. You will not be held to this price. It is only used for market research and long-term planning purposes. Note: All vendors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. The website for registration is www.sam.gov.
