Amendment: Respond to vendor questions and answers. The Cadet Chapel Protestant Community is seeking a retreat center on 23-25 August 2024 to provide meals and two nights lodging (separate rooms/buildings for males/females) for approximately 200 cadets and a separate building with rooms/not dormitory style for 4 staff members (204 total participants). We require five-six meals to be provided. Vegetarian and gluten free options are needed. Meals would be dinner on Friday (if location is less than 2 hours away), breakfast/lunch/dinner on Saturday, breakfast and lunch on Sunday for up to 200 Cadets and staff. A large meeting room to accommodate the same number equipped with AV and sound system equipment, and areas for small breakout groups is required. A large area in which to hold Protestant Service (can be the same at the large meeting room) is also required. The retreat center should also host and/or be near outdoor activities that can enhance the cadets' experience along with a bonfire pit to conclude a night of worship. The commute needs to be no more than 3 hours one way. The accommodations for this retreat need to be an outdoor camp environment and not a hotel environment.
