United States Air Force Academy (USAFA) requires a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for bus transportation, (charter coaches & school buses of various passenger capacity), on demand to meet USAFA mission requirements. Continued support is necessary to provide transportation services to USAFA personnel in accordance with the SOW. Historically and at present, USAFA has established multiple BPAs to meet the variety of transportation requirements for both USAFA and Prep School unique requirements.The contractor shall provide bus and coach charter services for USAFA requirements as defined and requested by Ground Transportation per Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor shall perform all required services and maintain all vehicles in accordance with this SOW and in compliance with commercial standards, local, state, and federal law requirements.
