The contractor shall supply all labor, material, freight/transportation, equipment, and supervision to install a walk-in cooler at Mitchell Hall in accordance with the following salient characteristics. Contractor is responsible for ensuring the product is complete and usable upon installation to include all appropriate electrical connections. The Government will ensure that the intended installation location is free of obstacles, allowing the contractor the necessary space to install the requested walk-in cooler. Contractor will ensure site is clean prior to acceptance by the Government.
