Amendment 1 Changes on 6 September 2024 includes an updated Attachment 1 - PWS Event Support 2024 - 09052024. The changes are an addition to section 1.3.2 on page 4, and updated Appendix D; Falcon Stadium Seating Map, Parking Lots, Usher Location Map and Falcon Stadium Parking Map. Changes to the updated Combined Synopsis_Event Support 09062024 include addition of language to acknowledge solicitation ammendments at the time of quotation and the updated Attachment 1 name to: Attachment 1 - PWS Event Support 2024 - 09052024. The solicitation and attachments for the US Air Force Academy Event Support Services requirement have been posted to SAM.gov. Offerors should review the attached documentation and provide questions no later than 2:00 pm MDT on 10 September 2024. This is a 100% Small Business 8(a) competitive Set-Aside. A site visit is scheduled for 5 September 2024.
